Descriptions and rates are subject to change without notice. State of Hawaii Accommodations Tax (9.25%) and General Excise Tax (4.2%) are charged on each reservation. Rates do not include daily maid service. Housekeeping services are available at additional cost. All rates based on a seven-night visit, less than 7 nights the daily rate will be higher or an expense fee will be added on to your reservation billing. Minimum stay requirements may apply. Homeowner Association check-in fees, local telephone charges, parking fees or Resort fees may apply. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates will vary depending upon the time of year or depending upon the season designation.
Any damages caused by a guest will be the responsibility of the guest to repair, replace or reimburse. Should the owner have to sue the guest for damages, the guest will be responsible for damages, all court costs and Attorney fees.
Check-in Procedures-Sorry, NO Late Check outs!
Check in time is after 3:00 PM and check out is by 11:00 AM of the day of check out. Late or Red Eye flights may need to rent another day. Upon payment in full access information/keys will be provided to the guest. If locked out or missing a key please call 800-326-9874 on Maui 8-5 pm (Hawaii Standard time). After hours call pager 808-242-3163. Please ask for Parking Passes at check in at front desks of each complex and if no front desk access pass is inside each condo. If no parking pass is displayed in your car windshield many complexes will tow your vehicle without warning! AinaNalu complex requires a $12 a day parking fee, Maui Eldorado requires a $7 a day parking fee, Paki Maui requires $4 a day parking fee. Maui Eldorado also requires a $75 check in fee for each stay. Upon arrival please check in with all complex front desks for a copy of house rules, pool rules, schedule for pest control, crime security alerts, construction or any other property activity.
Homeowners Associations Do Not Give Construction Notices Anymore if work is to be performed!
No daily maid service is included in your rental rate. Housekeeping services are available at additional cost. Starter supplies provided but not replenished. Supplies include your first morning coffee, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, laundry soap (when washer/dryer is inside unit), paper towels, tissue, plastic trash liners, bar soap, toilet paper.
Please check with your reservation agent as to whether your unit has A/C or not. Not all units have air conditioning.
High speed internet access is available at most units. Each unit usually has a modem but may not have a router for Wifi. Please bring an Ethernet cable to allow for internet access.
All condos in our inventory are Non-Smoking units. Any smoking has to be a minimum of 25 feet away from condo and is not allowed on the Lanai. This is a State of Hawaii law and you could be fined. Occupancy is Studios- up to 2 people, One bedroom 2-4 people (depending on layout), Two bedroom 4-6 people (depending on layout), Three bedroom 6-8 people (depending on layout). Some restrictions may apply.
Beach Condos Hawaii, LLC acts as the booking agent for the individual condominium owners and we cannot completely control rental condominiums. Problems rarely occur but should such a situation arise whereby the condominium becomes unavailable we reserve the right to substitute an alternative condominium property up to and including the day of arrival. All reservations are subject to cancellation or change for reasons including but not limited to labor strikes, acts of God, failure of guests to vacate as scheduled, misinterpreted communications, sale of unit or change of management companies. Beach Condos Hawaii, LLC will use its best efforts to minimize any interruptions.
